Basic Service Plan

  • Spring and Fall cleanups of all lawn and open areas

Full Service Plan

Looking for your yard to standout in the neighborhood with more than just the basics? With plans starting as low as $175 per month, a Full Service Plan is just what you need! 
  
  • Basic Service Plan included
  • Top dressing of hardwood mulch each Spring
  • Bed edging
  • Weed control in mulched beds 
  • Trimming of Shrubs & Hedges
  • Blowing debris build up weekly off all hard surfaces

Platinum Service Plan

Our service teams provide professional service no matter the plan chosen, but if premium, more personal service is what you desire, then a Platinum Service Plan is for you. 

Full Service Plan included, plus the following options, customized to suit your needs.
 
  • Lawn clippings collected and disposed of
  • LIghtweight mowers used 
  • Fertilization of all turf areas 4x a season
  • Pre- emergent weed control for all turf areas 2x a season
  • Post emergent weed control for all turf areas 4x a season
  • Core Aeration and Overseeding for all turf areas each Fall
